Four-step method
Remove enemies so you can inspect the room without pressure.
Check top, side and lower walls for damaged or mismatched art.
Follow the repeating border; a hidden entrance often interrupts its rhythm.
Stand close and attack the suspicious wall section.
Visual language
Secret entrances can appear on different sides of a generated room. Look for a chipped capstone, displaced branch, darker seam, unusual empty space beyond the wall, or decoration that fails to mirror the surrounding tiles.

Hidden rooms may contain currency boxes, Artifact or Tablet choices, dice and rarer consumable rewards. Generation varies, so the discovery is useful even when the reward is not part of your current build.
